Startup Window

Create A New company by your company name and details by clicking the "CREATE A NEW COMPANY" button.

Create Your Company

After filling the fields Click "CREATE COMPANY" button and then login with default username and password "1", as you log into your software click "ACCOUNT" in the sidebar to create a new account.

Accounts Window

As the account window appears you can create any account using the same window for your Suppliers, Customers, Employes, Expences, Brockers, Agents, etc with their basic information.

Items Window

click "ITEMS" button in the sidebar, item entry panel will apear by using which we will enter a new item in our software with its basic info, units, subunits, sales price, purchase price and opening stock quentity.

Open Stock Report

click "DISPLAY" in the to menu, then "Stock Reports" and then "Stock Report" to check the stock status.

Here we have all of our items with opening stock and stock value.

Purchase Window

Click "PURCHASE" button in the sidebar, the purchase window will appera here we will select a supplier's account in the party column,and then select items from the item column to be purchased one by one and add it to the bottom list, we have also a "CHARGES" button next to items from where we can add all the aditional charges applied on this purchase like labour, transport, etc. And then click "SAVE" buttion.

POS Window

Click "POS" button in the sidebar, POS window will appear here we will deal only our walkin customers no need to select a party just select items to sell and all them in the list below one by one, and click "SAVE". It will give you a print-preview and if the printer is connected to your PC it will print it out.

Sale Window

Click "SALE" button in the sidebar, the sale window will appera here we will select a customer's account in the party column,and then select items from the item column to be sold one by one and add it to the bottom list, we have also a "CHARGES" button next to items from where we can add all the aditional charges applied on this sale like labour, transport, etc. And then click "SAVE" buttion.

Payment Window

Click "QUICK PAYMENT" button in the sidebar, the payment window will appera here we willbe selecting any account name to whome we will be paying amount, usually thats a supplier,employes,business expences, etc. Enter amount and remarks and click "SAVE".

Receipt Window

Click "QUICK RECEIPT" button in the sidebar, the payment window will appera here we willbe selecting any account name by whome we will be receiving amount, usually thats a Customer. Enter amount and remarks and click "SAVE".

Ledger Window

Click "LOG BOOK" button in the sidebar, the ledger window will appera here we willbe selecting any account name whose ledger we want, usually thats a Customer or a Supplier.Here ve have to dated options to select start & end date and click "OK". It will display all the amount transactions of this account with necessory info and the total remaing balance in the end, we can print this ledger by clicking the "PRINT" button.

Purchase Register

Click "PURCHASE REGISTER" button in the sidebar, the Purchase Register will appera, here we can check all of our previous purchases, we can print these purchases by clicking the "PRINT" button.

Sale Register

Click "SALE REGISTER" button in the sidebar, the Sale Register will appera, here we can check all of our previous sales, we can print these sales by clicking the "PRINT" button.

Cash Book

Click "CASH BOOK" button in the sidebar, the Cash Book will appera, here we can track all of our cash deelings, we can print these sales by clicking the "PRINT" button.
